Application Overview
This production line is expertly configured for the automatic solder sealing and manufacturing of small round cans. It ensures highly efficient and stable operation with a production capacity of 25–30 cans per minute.
Line features:
- Versatile Application: Suitable for round cans (diameter 40–300 mm) as well as square cans (70×70 to 230×230 mm).
- Integrated Processes: Seamlessly handles lower flanging, upper internal winding, welding, and riveting in a highly automated sequence.
- Robust Capability: Capable of processing material thickness from 0.16 mm to 0.38 mm with a maximum product height of 320 mm.
